  • Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Projects commence after written approval and any agreed deposit.
  • Changes in scope may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Payments

  • Invoices must be paid according to agreed terms.
  • Late payments may delay work.
  • Outstanding balances may incur interest where permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and project content.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.
  • Ensure supplied content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed work transfers after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party licences remain subject to their respective licence terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Hosting providers, payment gateways, domains, plugins and cloud services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

8. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

We follow industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, or sales results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Spectrum Digital Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
